Refund Policy

1. Returns

Due to the nature of health and nutritional supplement products, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

You may request a return if:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • You must provide clear photos or videos of the product and package
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened supplement containers
  • Used products
  • Products with damaged seals after delivery
  • Items purchased during special sale or promotional offers

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. Our team will review the evidence provided.

  2. If the return is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  3. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time:

  • 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong or damaged product):

  • Avador India will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return request is for any other reason, shipping charges may apply.

7. Refund Not Applicable For

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delivery attempt failed due to customer unavailability
  • Customer refuses delivery without valid reason
